Chickasaw park is a well-established community of 128 homes, the formal and legal name is Chickasaw Oaks Phase III, Built and incorporated in 1984. Our community is a great place to live and raise a family. Hidden Oaks Elementary school resides at the end of our community.
Our Community hosts events like Yard of the Month, A yard is chosen as the best yard in the community and awarded a $25.00 gift card to Home Depot (March or April) Easter Egg Hunt and Cookouts for the Community.
In the Fall (October) the HOA hosts a Community Yard Sale, with Promotions to assist homeowners in their efforts to sell, we also host a Cookout for the community at that time.
In December the HOA hosts a lighting contest with a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
